Office of Student Accounts

The Office of Student Accounts provides student account and billing information and receives payments for tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges.

You can visit the Office of Student Accounts/Business Office, in the basement of Bibb Graves Hall at the cashier's window.

Important Dates:

 

FALL 2016

April 4 - August 5 - Preregistration Web

July 11 - First Electronic Billing statement notifications sent to students UNA email address and authorized users

August 5- PAYMENT DEADLINE PREREGISTRATION.  Student's schedule will be voided for failure to pay amount due.

August 11 - Registration and Drop/Add

August 22 - New student advising and orientation

August 24  - Classes Begin/Late Registration

August 26 - PAYMENT DEADLINE FOR TUITION, FEES, ROOM & BOARD (IF APPLICABLE)

August 29 - A $50 late fee will apply to accounts with outstanding balance

August 31 - Last Day for 100% refund for tuition and fees.  After this date, there is no refund of tuition and fees.

August 31 - Late Registration and Drop/Add Ends

August 31- Last Day to drop/change a meal plan

September 7 - Final deadline for payment of outstanding account balance

September 8 - REGISTRATION SCHEDULES SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION FOR FAILURE TO PAY OUTSTANDING BALANCE IN FULL.  STUDENTS WHO ARE REINSTATED WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE BALANCE DUE ON THEIR ACCOUNT PLUS A $75 REINSTATEMENT FEE.

September 8 - September 15  Reinstatement period for cancellation of schedule

SUMMER 2016

November 2 - May 24 - Preregistration Web

May 16 - May Intersession Begins

May 16 - Payment deadline for May Interesession. Student's schedule will be voided for failure to pay amount due.

May 16 - Last Day for 100% refund of tuition and fees for May Intersession.  After this date, there is no refund of tuition and fees.

May 27 - PREREGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINE for Regular Session, Session I & Session II.  Student's schedule will be voided for failure to pay amount due.

June 1 - 6  Returning Students Advising, Registration, Drop/Add

June 6 - New Student Advising & Registration

June 7  - Classes Begin (Regular Session & Session I)

June 8 - Payment deadline for Regular Session & Session I.  Student's schedule will be voided for failure to pay amount due.

June 10 - Last Day for 100% refund of tuition and fees for Regular Session & Session I.  After this date, there is no refund of tuition and fees.

July 5 - Session II Registration & Drop/Add

July 6 - Classes Begin Session II

July 7 - Payment deadline for Session II.  Student's schedule will be voided for failure to pay amount due.

July 11 - Last Day for 100% refund of tuition and fees for Session II.  After this date, there is no refund of tuition and fees.

SPRING  2016

November 2 - January 3 - Preregistration Web

January 4- PAYMENT DEADLINE PREREGISTRATION.  Student's schedule will be voided for failure to pay amount due.

January 11 - New Student Advising & Registration

January 12 - Registration and Drop/Add

January 13  - Classes Begin

January 13 - 15 Late Registration and Drop/Add

January 15 - PAYMENT DEADLINE FOR TUITION, FEES, ROOM & BOARD (IF APPLICABLE)

January 20 - Last Day for 100% refund for tuition and fees.  After this date, there is no refund of tuition and fees.

January 20 - Last Day to drop/change a meal plan
