Miller Analogies Test (MAT)
The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) is a high-level mental ability test requiring the solution of problems stated as analogies. It is a computer administered test.
Each exam is currently located in the testing lab in Room 227 of The Commons.
MAT Testing Dates:
- Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 9 a.m.
- Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
Please fill out this form when registering for the MAT and submit it.
You will need to provide your Social Security number on test day.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for instructions, with two forms of ID, one of which must have a picture. You will be checked in, registered and then seated at a computer to begin. Once you actually start the test, you will have one hour to answer 120 questions. The computer will close the test at the end of 60 minutes. If you decide you want to process your scores, your unofficial score will show on the computer. A printed copy of your unofficial scores will not be available. Your official scores will be mailed to you approximately three weeks after your test date.
A non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 must be paid to the testing coordinator on the day of the test. Fees may be paid via cash, money order, or cashier's check made out to UNA. Personal checks and credit cards are NOT accepted.
No food, drinks, or headphones are allowed at computer stations. Do not wear a hat or a hood.
