LSAMP Bridge Program

Our bridge program is designed for LSAMP Scholars to get to know their UNA support system including their peers, tutors, LSAMP staff, and STEM faculty. It's a welcoming and engaging start to building the community that will carry them through their STEM journey. Scholars who attend all bridge events will earn a $600 stipend. LSAMP is an alliance-based program, whereby a group of institutions of higher education (IHEs) work together to diversify the nation's science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) workforce by increasing the number of STEM baccalaureate and graduate degrees awarded to persons from LSAMP populations.
