The Office of Student Conduct strengthens personal responsibility and accountability through investigation and resolution of alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct. We are committed to providing a fair and educational process that fosters the highest standards of behavior, student learning, and civic responsibility while promoting a safe environment that respects the rights of all students. We strive to adjudicate cases of alleged misconduct in a fair, responsible, and timely manner emphasizing respect, trust, and integrity. Additionally, we serve as an advocate for and resource to student victims of crime, illness, harassment, or other crises.

COVID-19 Precautions

Upon recommendation of its COVID-19 Recovery Task Force and subsequent approval by the University administration, the University of North Alabama revised its Fall 2021 COVID-19 Guidance Plan to include a temporary mask requirement in all public indoor spaces on campus and aboard any University transportation. The requirement will be continually evaluated over the next few weeks and will be fully reconsidered no more than 30 days from implementation. Thank you for your help in keeping our community safe and healthy.
