Provost Fellows Program

The Provost Fellows Program at the University of North Alabama is a year-long professional development opportunity for tenured and tenure-track faculty interested in academic leadership and institutional service. During the 2026–2027 academic year, Fellows collaborate closely with the Provost’s Office on initiatives aligned with key university priorities, including Institutional Effectiveness/Assessment, Career Readiness, or an approved alternative focus area. The fellowship includes a course release each semester and provides hands-on experience with academic planning, data-informed decision making, and institutional governance. This immersive experience supports leadership growth while contributing meaningfully to UNA’s strategic priorities.
