Accommodation Review

For students who are currently approved accommodations, but would like to request additional accommodations or a change in approved accommodations, follow the instructions below to process your request in the DSS PORTALIf you are a student requesting accommodations for the FIRST TIME, refer to REGISTERING WITH DSS to complete an application. 

1. Schedule an appointment with a DSS Staff member by calling the office or requesting an appointment through the DSS PORTAL.

2. Log in to the DSS PORTAL

3. On the left hand side you will see "Accommodation Review,"  select this option and then complete three questions regarding the reason for your review.  

4. Upload the Accommodation Review Form into the DSS Portal and any documentation to support your additional request. 

5. Complete the scheduled appointment DSS Staff to discuss your request.
