Bio
Dr. Galarza is a first-generation American and the first PhD in her extended family. Dr. Galarza holds a PhD in Mass Communication from the Pennsylvania State University, a master's degree in Journalism Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
