Current Residents Only:

• You may reclaim your current apartment (if approved) for 204-2025 by reapplying HERE between December 1st-February 1st. 
• Any unclaimed apartment will be released for assignment in March.

Selection Timeline:

• December 1st: Returner Application Opens
• February 1st: Priority Application Date Ends for Current Residents
• March 1st-31st: Returner Housing Selection

Next Steps:

• Housing contracts are legally binding for an academic year (halls) or calendar year (apartments). Contract release fees will operate on a sliding scale beginning May 1st. 
• Current residents are exempt from the $150 application fee.
• Info on roommate groups will be posted in February. 
• Current residents will receive a housing selection time in March via lottery if application is submitted by the priority date. 
• Applications received after the priority date will be automatically assigned in May and continuing through summer. 
• Returner students must be enrolled by June 1st for Fall 2024 in order to maintain their assignment.
