Maintenance Request 

Housing Application 2026-2027

• The Housing Application for 2026-2027 opens on December 1st at 10am. 
• Priority Application Date is March 1st (New and Current Residents).
• Housing Renewal for Current Residents will take place in March 2026. 
• New Student Assignments Round 1 will be distributed by May 31st. 
• Application Cancellation Forms must be submitted by May 1st. 
• Assignment Change Request Forms will be reviewed beginning June 1 and ending July 21st.
