Registration

All clients (students, faculty, and staff) must register in our online scheduling system before they attend their first consultation. If the consultation is walk-in, then registration may take place just before the consultation begins or after the consultation concludes. Scheduling Appointments

Clients are asked to schedule appointments in advance to allow consultants adequate time to prepare. Walk-in appointments are allowed, though clients may have to wait for an opening, especially later in the semester. Clients are strongly encouraged to cancel appointments they cannot attend. Three missed appointments in a semester will result in the client being locked out of the system. The CWE director should be contacted to unlock an account.
