UNA's Teaching / Learning track equips registered nurses with tools that will enable them to facilitate the education of nursing students, health care clients, and health care colleagues, allowing students to select a clinical area of interest (adult health, women’s health, pediatrics, etc.) Our Leadership track of our Master's of Science in Nursing prepare you to function at an advanced level in the health care environment regarding politics and legislation, budgeting and economics, and leadership and management. Both including all of the clinical requirements for your MSN.
Teaching/Learning Track
Inspire and shape the future of nursing through education. This track equips graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to become impactful nurse educators in both academic and clinical environments. Students have the opportunity to develop expertise in a chosen clinical specialty—such as adult health, women’s health, or pediatrics—while preparing to assume leadership roles as faculty in nursing education.
Leadership Track
Lead with confidence. This track equips you with the skills to thrive in high-level leadership and management roles within the healthcare system. The ever-evolving landscape of health administration needs versatile, multi-disciplined, thoughtful nurses to keep teams successful and patients healthy. From policy and legislation to budgeting and healthcare economics, you'll be prepared to influence change and drive organizational success from the inside out.
