Caroline’s hometown is Florence, Alabama. She graduated from the University of North Alabama in May 2024 with a degree in Mass Communication and Spanish. She has completed the OPIC exam (Oral Proficiency Interview by Computer) for an Intermediate Oral Speaking Proficiency in Spanish. She has been with OIA since May 6, 2025 as their Operations Specialist
Fun fact: At 23, Caroline has worked at a hospital, restaurant, elementary school, museum, clothing store, bank, and now, university.
