Facility Reservation

By filling out this form you agree to the following costs that may be associated with your request:

Nonaffiliated/Outside groups:

  • $70/hour Regular Fee
  • $150/hour Paying Participants Fee
  • Student Worker (if needed) $15/hour
  • Custodial Service (if needed) $50/hour

UNA affiliated Groups (UPC, SFL, Band Aux., etc. with UNA Affiliated Attendees):

  • $55/hour Regular Fee
  • Student Worker (if needed) $15/hour
  • Custodial Service (if needed) $50/hour
UNA affiliated Groups (Athletic Camps, Band Aux., etc. with Paying Participants):
  • $110/hour Paying Participants Fee
  • Student Worker (if needed) $15/hour
  • Custodial Service (if needed) $50/hour

UNARec Facility Policies:

  • Facility keys may be issued to designated UNA staff/faculty or students. That individual will be responsible for the facility and its contents.
  • A reservation MUST be submitted and approved by UNARec professional staff and the facility MUST only be used during approved reservation times.
  • All internal group fees may be waived at the discretion of UNA Recreation
  • All invoices for UNARec facility rentals due one month after event (late fee of $25 a day applies beyond due date)
