The mission of the Honors Program is to prepare our students for postgraduate success in their chosen careers or for further study in graduate and professional programs. We have identified seven categories of emphasis for student performance, and we believe excellence in these categories (in addition to solid preparation in the major) will create the best possibilities for success: citizenship and service, leadership, global perspectives, high order communication skills, digital literacy, experiential learning, and research literacy.
