Veterans/Dependents are required to complete the following one time to start receiving benefits. Please only complete those that apply and check the section below for reoccurring forms applicable to your chapter.

• Chapter 31 Form (VOC Rehab for Disabled Veterans)
• Chapter 33 Form (Post 9/11 GI)
• Chapter 35 Form (Dependent of Disabled Veteran)
• Chapter 1606 Form (GI Bill/Guard or Reserves)
• Chapter 30 Form (Montgomery GI Bill)
• Alabama GI Dependent Scholarship Form
• Military Heroes Scholarship Form

There is no one-time form for ANGEAP (Alabama National Guard), please refer to the section below. For questions concerning Tuition Assistance Only, please contact studentaccounts@una.edu.

Veterans/Dependents are required to complete the following every semester they would like to claim benefits. Please only complete those that apply.

• Chapters 31, 33, 35, 1606, and 30: Registration Form
• Alabama National Guard (ANGEAP): Fall 2023-Summer 2024 ANGEAP Form 

No reoccurring forms are required for the Alabama GI Dependent Scholarship or Military Heroes Scholarship apart from the yearly FASFA.
