The University of North Alabama’s Wellness Program pursues its Mission of engaging, supporting, educating, and servicing the university community in championing an environment of health and wellness for all.  We strive to provide diverse and holistic programs of excellence which support a healthy lifestyle while greatly enhancing the quality of our lives and community.

Healthy UNA offers a variety of ways to become involved with our wellness program. Throughout the year we will host events such as the Roar for Wellness Rewards Program, Lunch and Learns, The Great American Smokeout, Walk for Wellness, Wellness newsletters sent out through UNA Digest and much more!
