Program Description

The micro-credential in Healthcare Simulation will provide the fundamental elements to deliver exceptional instruction through simulation. Students will learn skills such as fidelity, moulage, scenario development, and sim center management. Students will also learn the essential elements of educational theories used in healthcare simulation, curriculum integration, and design. All applicants must have previously graduated with an Associates in Nursing Degree from an accredited community college institution and have an unencumbered registered nursing license to be considered for admission.

Admission Requirements

Admission into the online Micro-credential in Healthcare Simulation at North Alabama includes the following requirements:

  • Hold an Associates in Nursing Degree from an accredited community college institution.
