Course Substitution Instructions

Online Course Substitution Process

  • The student will schedule a time to meet with their advisor regarding their request.
  • If the advisor approves, the advisor will submit the substitution request to the online workflow.
  • Workflow approvals will be sent to the Department Chair and the Associate Dean.
  • If the substitution request is approved, the request is forwarded to the Registrar's Office for processing and all parties will be notified accordingly.

Any denial of the substitution request will result in an immediate email to the student regarding the denial with a copy sent to the advisor and any previous approvers.
