UNA Wellness
UNA’s Faculty/Staff Wellness Program, Healthy UNA, is acomprehensive healthy lifestyles program available at no costfor full-time faculty and staff. Its purpose is to serve universityemployees by educating, encouraging, motivating, andproviding accessibility to healthy lifestyle approaches thatfoster a state of positive health outcomes and sustainableintegrative well-being for an overall healthier campuscommunity. It is Healthy UNA’s goal to improve and sustainthe health and well-being of our employees. The programfocuses on prevention and intervention initiatives includingresearch-based emphases aimed at reducing chronic diseaserisk factors among faculty and staff. The ultimate translation ofthis program results in a healthier university community andsubsequently, an enhanced learning environment whereinstudents reap the rewards of healthier faculty and staff.






Roar for Wellness is UNA’s employee health and wellness program, created to help full-time faculty, staff, and retirees live healthier, happier lives. With a focus on fitness, nutrition, stress management, and financial wellness, RFW offers free activities, challenges, and resources to support you at every stage of your wellness journey.
