Jeff Eubanks Culinary Arts Management Program

The Jeff Eubanks Culinary Arts Management Program is the only Alabama four-year degree program in the culinary field. The program is named after Jeff Eubanks who was the executive chef at the Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa at the time of his passing in February 2020. He was a mentor to UNA culinary students and a great supporter of the University of North Alabama.

Hospitality Management and Events Management

Lions Under the Lights offers students in the university's Hospitality and Events Management program an opportunity to utilize the skills they are learning in the classroom. The university's unique program supports critical thinking and offers the opportunity to work in team-based environments while developing independent thinking and creativity while providing a solid foundation critical to being successful in the industry.
