• Students must maintain a cumulative 3.25 to remain on scholarship and have “Honors College” on diploma and transcript.

• Adequate progress towards completion of Honors coursework

•  We encourage participation in:

Honors Forum (HON 101H)

21 total hours of Honors courses (includes HON 101H)

Honors Senior Project (HON 499H).  

Honors Professional Learning Experience (HON 498H).   

Option 2:

Honors Forum (HON 101H)

21 total hours of Honors courses (includes HON 101H) 

2 year Honors Experiential Learning ePortfolio (HON 497H) 

Option 3 (Global Honors Scholars):

Honors Forum (HON 101H)

12 total hours of Honors courses

5 course College Specific Global Studies Certificate 

One semester Magellan Study Abroad

Option 5: (Dual Degree Engineering Option)

The Dual Degree Engineering Option allows students to complete Honors requirements at UNA and potentially to complete Honors requirements at a partner institution as part of UNA's Dual Degree Engineering Option.

• 18 total hours of Honors courses which can include Honors courses and/or Honors credit granted at either institution. 
• Students in the Honors College at UNA must remain in a dual degree engineering sequence to follow the Honors Engineering Track.
