10/12/2017 - Brief UNAPortal downtime
IT Services will be updating the login/logout pages used by many systems, including UNAPortal. In order to make this change, there will be some downtime.  The upgrade is scheduled for 12PM (noon) tomorrow (Friday, October 13, 2017).  The downtime should last less than 20 minutes.  However, during this downtime, no one will be able to log into systems that utilize this login/logout process.  This includes UNAPortal and UNA E-mail (outlook.com/una.edu).  This does not include Canvas (i.e. Canvas will be available during this time).

1/18/2017 - Java 8.121 update
The latest Java update (version 8.121, 32-bit) has been tested and works with all common campus applications. If you receive a Java update prompt, it is ok to install Java 8.121. Please remember to uncheck the options to install additional software (for example the Ask or Google toolbars) or set a new homepage or search provider (for example Yahoo!).
