PARENTS AND FAMILIES

Lion Family Connect enables you to connect with your student by sending a request to access their records. Once the request is approved, you will gain access to view their information starting the day after approval. It's important to note that the data is updated nightly, ensuring you have the most recent information available.


A parent can initiate a request for access to their student's information through Lion Family Connect.

FERPA authorization only grants access to information, it does not grant the right to act on the student's behalf.

The FERPA authorization will remain valid until rescinded by the student.

Parents and family can request access to:

• Class Schedule/Enrollment Information
• Grade(s) Information
• Financial Aid Information
• Holds on Account

How to connect with your student: 

1. Log in to your Lion Family Connect account
2. Click the graduation cap icon located in the top-right corner of the page
3. Click Go to my connections
4. Click Add My First Connection
5. Enter your student's UNA email address
6. Choose your relationship to the student
7. Create a 4-digit PIN
8. Select the records you would like to access
9. Click Connect to your Student to initiate your request. Please note that your student must approve the request before you can access their information the following day.
