Shoals Symphony at UNA’s Opening Season Concert Set for Aug. 22; Lenny LeBlanc to Perform

FLORENCE, AL – The Shoals Symphony at the University of North Alabama will open the 2026-2027 season Saturday, Aug. 22, with Shoals music legend and Alabama Hall of Fame member Lenny LeBlanc. He will be performing some of his most-loved songs, including “Falling” and “Above All” and be joined on stage by special guests, including Gary Baker.

“We are delighted to welcome Mr. LeBlanc and other special guests to be part of this extraordinary performance,” said Ethan Lolley, Shoals Symphony Conductor. “This season promises to bring some surprises to our regular audience, and we hope others will join us and experience the Shoals Symphony throughout this season.”

Saturday’s concert will begin at 7 p.m. in Norton Auditorium on the UNA campus. Tickets can be purchased at this link or by visiting www.shoalssymphony.org. Student tickets can be purchased at a discount using “IAMASTUDENT” as the code. A student ID will be needed for tickets purchased at the box office.
