UNA’s Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. to Have Charity Basketball Game

FLORENCE, AL – The Theta Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. at the University of North Alabama, along with the Florence Alumni Chapter of the fraternity, are partnering to have “Game 7,” a charity basketball game benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The event is scheduled for Saturday from 4-6 p.m. at Sheffield High School in Sheffield.

“Game 7 represents what we want our chapter to be known for – brotherhood, achievement, leadership, and service,” said Zion Orr, a member of the UNA chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. “The brothers of Theta Upsilon and the Florence Alumni Chapter are excited to work together to make this event successful.”

The event will feature student-athletes from across UNA, bringing together the campus and the community for an exciting and engaging evening of basketball.

Entry to the event is $5 per person, and tickets will be available the day of the event, according to Zion. All proceeds from the entry fees will go directly to support the life-saving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
